Application Process
Follow this 4-step process to achieve a permanent, structural repair.
Site Preparation
Brush out all loose debris, soil, vegetation, and oil. Any standing water must be removed first. Once the hole is clear of water, REPAIR is moisture-tolerant and can be applied even if the surface is still damp.
Void Saturation
Tip REPAIR directly from the sack. For deep holes, use REPAIR Roadbase for the lower layers, ensuring a 20mm top finish of Standard Grade material.
Levelling & Shaping
Spread with a steel rake or shovel. Aim for a slight surcharge (approx. 10mm) above the surrounding surface to account for final compaction density.
Final Compaction
Apply mechanical compaction using a plate compactor or roller. The material is formulated to remain flexible for some hours to prevent brittle cracking while accepting traffic immediately.
Maintain wet contact surfaces on all tools to prevent binder adhesion during the installation process.
Strictly avoid the use of diesel or solvent-based agents, as they will permanently compromise the chemical binder.
